Built by lawyers,
for lawyers.
AALA exists because legal work deserves legal standards — even the parts a solicitor should never have to do themselves.
Founder
Abida Abbasi
A practising lawyer with experience spanning litigation, advisory work and the operational side of running legal teams. Abida founded AALA after seeing the same pattern in firm after firm: talented fee-earners spending their days on work that did not need a solicitor.
AALA was built to fix that — not with a distant outsourcing model, but with a lawyer-led support layer that behaves like part of the firm. Every workflow is scoped with the partner who owns it, every output is supervised, and every engagement is governed by the same professional standards a firm applies to its own team.
Today AALA supports solicitors, barristers and law firms across multiple jurisdictions, around the clock, 365 days a year.
Principles
What AALA will never compromise on.

Every engagement starts with a conversation about your firm, your caseload and the work you would rather not be doing.
